Haven is a Sheffield charity supporting children and young people affected by domestic abuse.

Building on years of collaboration, I was invited to write content for their newly rebranded website.

Using a trauma-informed approach, I created clear, empathetic copy to help families understand the support available and find help safely. The result was a website that communicated compassion and trust, making it a trusted first point of contact.
