Pricing and ways to work together

Support is flexible and tailored to your business.

Whether you need an ad-hoc quick fix, regular monthly help, or support on a defined project, we’ll agree the scope and pricing in advance.

01. Ad-hoc

For those one-off jobs that you just need to get done.

Maybe it’s an image update, a document formatting tweak, some database tidying, or a quick website edit. You send it over, I get it sorted.

£45 per hour
Minimum one hour

No ongoing commitment.

02. Ongoing (retainer)

For when you want someone reliable in your corner.

It could be regular admin work, ongoing project support, or recurring website tweaks. A monthly retainer means consistent hours every month.

Pricing based on the number of hours you need (10, 20, or 30 hours / month)

Dedicated time each month.

03. Project

For defined pieces of work with clear deliverables and timescales.

This is when you have something specific in mind. It could be setting up Flodesk emails, documenting processes, or managing a short term project.

I’ll provide a proposal outlining the work, delivery timeline, and fixed price.

Clear pricing agreed upfront.

Note: I work with a small number of clients at a time to make sure each business gets the attention it deserves.

Why outsource instead of recruiting in-house?

Working with a virtual assistant gives you experienced support without the commitment of employing someone in-house.

You only pay for the hours worked, and you’re not covering the additional costs that come with employing a member of staff, such as:

  • National Insurance and tax

  • Pension contributions

  • Holiday and sick pay

  • Insurance

  • HR support

  • Office space, equipment, or software licences

It’s flexible support that fits your business, without the long-term overheads.
